| Our letters are matte finished and absorb light giving them the finished appearance of a flat or satin based paint. They are literally "paper thin" (approximately 3 mm - roughly the thickness of 3 coats of latex paint!) Due to the combination of their matte finish and thin profile, once applied they are virtually indistinguishable from painted on lettering. | |

 While having the benefit of
appearing "painted on" our lettering has none of the
disadvantages of painted letters. There's no smudging with vinyl film,
letter borders are crisp and clean. Your chosen phrase arrives ready-to-apply in a single horizontal strip with each letter
perfectly formed and pre-spaced, all in your preferred font
and color. You can use your creativity and a pair of scissors to divide your phrase so the lines break exactly where you think they should prior to installing. No prior experience is needed to install the lettering and most expressions can be installed in under 30 minutes. While our letters will stay in place for many years once installed, they are also easily removable if the need arises. |

Where can I apply my lettering? |

Our lettering is self-adhesive and will
stick for years to most any smooth or semi-smooth surface .
This includes glass, metal, plastic, smooth stone, and
latex painted surfaces. Our lettering
doesn't
stick well to porous or semi-porous materials such as brick,
cinderblock, paper, and untreated wood. Lightly textured walls work fine with vinyl lettering, however moderate to heavily textured walls do not. |

Can the lettering be removed? |
|
| If you're moving, changing your decor, or you simply get tired of your expression vinyl lettering is removable. Simply work a corner of a letter loose and slowly peel the letter off the wall. Repeat with each letter. If you have trouble gripping a corner, tweezers can be helpful. If you can grip it but the lettering is not removing easily, use a blow dryer and apply hot air to the lettering for a few moments. The lettering should then remove conveniently. After removal, if there is any adhesive stuck to the wall, rubbing alcohol will remove it. *** IMPORTANT NOTE : if you're removing letters from a darker shaded wall and the letters have been up for 6 months or longer, you may notice a "shadow" of the letters on the wall. While the rest of the wall has lightened over time, the paint behind the letters has stayed the original darker shade. In such cases repainting could be necessary.*** | |

How long does it take for my order to ship out? |
|
| We will ship your
order within 2 business days after you place it when
paying online through Paypal or by credit card. For example if you place
your order on Monday, it will ship out (at the latest) by
close of business Wednesday. If you place an order on
Wednesday, it will ship out (at the latest) by close of
business Friday. With a personal check we will verify the check clears before shipment of lettering. If sending a check please include a note that lists (1) the word or phrase you want (2) the font (3) the color (4) and the letter height. Please add $4.95 to the amount shown in the "Price" field on the design page to cover shipping. |

How will my lettering be shipped? |
